Rostam a legendary hero in Persian mythology from Shahnameh . It’s been quite some time since I had this image in my mind and finally I had the opportunity to work on this mattpainting.
This shows Rostam (a mythical Persian hero) who is wandering in an old historical canyon with temples and tombs of Persian kings and rulers .He has lots of adventures and there are still more to come ahead of him.
